I am interested in developing a project in San Gabriel, is there someone I can speak with about requirements or potential pitfalls?
The City offers monthly Applicant Review Sessions (ARS) designed to give applicants a chance to meet with lead staff about their projects and to explore multiple paths to success. Discussions will provide clarification on City requirements, raise “red flag” issues, and streamline City approval processes. We want you to come out of ARS knowing what steps are needed to move your project forward smoothly. To learn more, please review our online information or contact the Community Development Department at 626-308-2806.
